While we strongly encourage a family mentality between parents, children, and the provider, it is often forgotten that child care is still a business. Payment is due on the first day of the week that your child attends, this prevents clients from getting behind on their tuition. Payment of cash or check is accepted. If the child is scheduled to attend on certain day payment is required, regardless of whether the child is sick, on vacation, or any variety of reasons for not attending.
Little children often get sick. You should keep your child at home throughout the duration of the illness so as to expedite the healing process and avoid getting the other children sick. When your child is ready to return to day care, we would appreciate a note from their doctor indicating that they are free from contagions.
We understand many children have dietary restrictions due to allergies, religious beliefs and/or personal preferences. Should you wish to limit or forbid certain food items for any reason, please notify us beforehand and we will ensure that no offensive food item is served to your child, any dietary supplements must provided by the child's family.
I belong to Yours For Children food program. They are run through the Department of Education and visit my home four times a year to monitor the healthy meals served to your child.
